ROCHESTER CHURCH DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
   
  Rochester Church Development Institute, better known as CDI, provides extensive training for clergy and lay leaders in organizational development theory and practice interpreted and adapted for the church. Areas studied and practiced include leadership styles, tasks, and development; strategic planning and management; developing vision; trust development; managing conflict; the nature of relationship cycles; theories of change and stability, managing planned change, and understanding culture and context.
